⏱ Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (where available)

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

⚠️ Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

📍 Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Peach Pet is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
